We are not experiencing any delays and our orders are being delivered on time. Should anything change, you will be updated via email. 

How long will my order take?

If you opted for our Standard Delivery, you should expect your order to arrive within 3-5 days from the day of dispatch. If you selected Next Day Delivery, your order should arrive 1 day after dispatch and if you chose Express Delivery, it will arrive 1-2 after dispatch. 

Where are you based?

Our office is based in Manchester, but we dispatch all our orders from Bedford.

My item is faulty how and where do I return it to?

In order to deal with your problem as quickly and effectively as possible, we recommend that you read our refund policy https://shopped.com/policies/refund-policy and follow the relevant steps.

I’ve lost my order confirmation - can I still return my item if I needed to?

Please get in touch with our friendly customer service team at support@shopped.com. We will ask you a few questions to confirm you purchased the item from us and then we will do our best to resolve your query.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

After we have received your return, please allow up to 5 working days for it to be processed. Once it has been processed, you will receive an email and you should expect your refund, if applicable, to be with you in 3-5 days.

Can I cancel my order?

To ensure we get your item/s to you as quickly as possible, our orders are dispatched the same day, if ordered before 2pm. Therefore, if your order has already left our warehouse, we would be unable to cancel it. Please get in touch with our customer service team at support@shopped.com should you wish to cancel your order.

How do I track my order?

In order to follow the progress of your item/s, we kindly ask that you check your tracking number, which you can find on your dispatch email. If you cannot find your email, please contact us at support@shopped.com and we’ll be happy to sort this for you.
